The options for Required Service include: EVALUATION if you do not have a quoted Price and you would like us to evaluate the power supply and contact you prior to beginning repairs; REPAIR if you already have a quoted repair Price; REFURBISH if you already have a quoted refurbish Price; WARRANTY if you believe the power supply may be covered under Siress Enterprises’ warranty. If we deem the repair as a non-warranty item, you will be notified of any charges before repairs are made.
